Privacy Notice

In the course of delivering our services, Iniver Consultants Ltd. ("We") will process Personal Data. The information below is for individuals whose Personal Data we process as a 'Controller'. This information includes our purposes for doing this, along with your rights.

We process personal data primarily for limited purposes, all of which are in relation to our relationship with you. These are:

  1. To contact you about our services where you have expressed an interest

  2. To deliver and manage our services with you

  3. To deliver training via our Catalyst platform

In order to do this, we will process your contact details and any feedback you may provide. We process your personal data for these purposes under Article 6(1)(f) – Legitimate interest, as it is in our legitimate interest to contact and provide these services to you. We do not use Special Category data for these purposes. Where you purchase a course on our Catalyst platform, we will rely upon Article 6(1)(b) - contract. 

In specific limited circumstances, we may use personal data for other purposes where required by law, or where we have another lawful basis. If this occurs, we will inform you of the new processing unless a reason prohibits us. 

We will keep personal data for these purposes as outlined below:

  • For prospective clients, two years after our last contact with you or some other identifiable action.

  • For clients, seven years from the end of the financial year you are no longer a customer.

Where required, we may also retain your personal data for longer periods where we need to exercise, establish, or defend against legal claims.

In order to deliver and provide our services, we will utilise third parties. These will be:

  1. Our suppliers who act as Data Processors on our behalf. 

  2. Our professional advisors, such as lawyers, accountants, auditors, financial services providers, and other professionals.

  3. Where required, other organisations only where we have a legal obligation to do so. 

Some our suppliers are located in the USA, where we ensure there is an appropriate safeguard in place to protect data, namely the Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses/International Data Transfer Agreement. We only use suppliers who provide sufficient technical and organisational controls to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of the data. All personal data is kept to a minimum when using these suppliers. 

Depending on the nature of processing, certain rights may be applicable to you. These include the right to access, right to erasure, right to rectification, right to object, right to data portability, and right to restrict processing. We do not make any automated decisions in relation to you.
